Introduction

Who is Fidele HAGENIMANA?

Fidele HAGENIMANA is a Master's Scholar at the African Centre of Excellence for Innovative Teaching and Learning Mathematics and Science [ACEITLMS] in his Second Year (Research Project Phase). Fidele holds a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics Education got from the University of Rwanda College of Education (URCE) in 2019. Since 2018 Fidele served as Mathematics Facilitator at Smart Class Rwanda and later in 2019 was appointed as Head of Science and Mathematics Department in the same Institution. Fidele Served as a mathematics teacher at different schools at different times of years. Fidele is currently a Sector Learning Facilitator at VSO under the BLF project based in Rwanda - Nyagatare District. 

 

Fidele is a multi-talented, competitive, innovative, leadership proficient, and youth energizer who is a community-oriented, change-maker, and positive change activist. 

In fact, Fidele is a young, committed, hardworking, positive social activist and determined youth with long term goals of mobilizing the community, encouraging, inspiring, and stimulating the youth to be active change-makers in society for the purpose of conveying positive impact in society referring to the impact science has on the current issues and passionate about the integration of online support in teaching and learning of STEM subjects. Fidele is adequately motivated and has a strong leadership spirit; Fidele truly enjoys solving problems, particularly those seemingly impossible to others.
